INGREDIENTS
Blue smoothie
- 1 cup frozen mango
- 1 cup frozen peach
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 tsp blue spirulina
Pink smoothie
- 3 frozen strawberries + 2 fresh strawberries
- 1/2 fresh pitaya
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 tsp chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp flax seeds
METHOD
Blend the ingredients for the pink smoothie. Then add the smoothie to a jar.
Rinse the blender and blend the ingredients for the blue smoothie and pour it in the jar, on the top of the pink smoothie. Serve with any toppings you like.
You can also pour both parts in a regular bowl as seen on the image below.
