What Is a Health Coach?

Health coaches are cheerleaders and guides that help people take their health to the next level; they help them ditch bad habits and adopt new, healthier ones.

We help you get “unstuck” by helping you discover and accept what’s keeping you from reaching your health goals.

Through regular communication by email, or phone calls, we understand your goals and help you build a plan that works for your life so you can take action when you are ready to do so. We help you discover what works best for your to achieve your goals.

How Can a Health Coach Benefit Me?

Change can be often difficult because we are scared of the unknown, even if it’s something we really want. 

A health coach is your partner, someone that stands by your side and motivates and encourages you to achieve your goals, helps you when you fall off the track, feel overwhelmed, or discouraged.

What Is a Session With a Health Coach Like?

We have an initial consultation in which we discuss your goals, your challenges, and if we could work together. After this initial consultation, we start implementing small changes to your food choices and eating habits. We will have weekly phone calls (as well as email support) to discuss your goals and challenges, and how to best put a plan into action.

With small changes, reflection, honesty with yourself, and some work, we’ll change your patterns, create positive behaviors, and reach those goals.

Does Having a Health Coach Really Work?

Health coaching doesn’t guarantee results. Clients need to put work and effort into achieving their goals. Client successes include: improved energy during the day, better sleep, better mood, elimination of bloating, eating a balanced diet, better digestion, etc.
