Confession time…. I am sold on smoothie bowls, and I can’t go a day without one (some days, I even have two…).
By creating a smoothie bowl by piling it with other food such as sliced bananas, almond butter, blueberries, figs, etc., instead of just drinking it plain, it can help keep hunger at bay while providing you with great nutrition.

SERVINGS: 1

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 ripe banana

  • 4 frozen strawberries

  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries

  • 1 pack Sambazon Açaí puree

Toppings:

  • 1 passion fruit

  • 4 figs

  • 1 tsp pumpkin seeds

  • 1 tsp hemp seeds

  • 1 tsp chocolate nibs

  • 1tsp coconut flakes

METHOD

Put all ingredients (not the toppings) in a blender and blend until smooth. Put in a bowl and add the toppings. You don’t need to use the toppings I used. You can use whatever toppings you like
